La Llorona Video

We watched another devisement video today to get a better understanding of what exactly devisement is and a general idea of what ours could look like. This piece of theater was cool because of the production elements. There were lots of lighting changes and they really utilized lighting to create silhouettes. This had a cool effect on the piece as a whole. It taught me that devisement runs into all the pieces of a production, not just the performance. I think that seeing this video, which was a big contrast from the other video we watched, showed me that a piece of devised theater can go in any direction we want it to.
